About The Role

We at PEI Group are looking for a Sales Operations Client Engagement Support to join our welcoming, diverse, and growing team based in London. 

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Lead distribution (inbound leads, check D365, following current processes to ensure accurate person reaching out).
  • Add key intelligence (for example, other active users in same office) in the Tactics field in the CRM Opportunity to aid BDE follow up.
  • Maintain up-to-date records to ensure that all contacts with prospective customers, issues, opportunities and competitive are fully recorded and evaluated. 
  • Providing user, order exports for Account Developer / Client Engagement.
  • CRM – data fixes and corrections - Merging contacts, orgs + monitoring 365 subs sales channel.
  • Create organizations in CRM; requested by internal staffers.
  • Monitor and maintain accuracy with inbound leads, registration, paywalls, scored vs unscored.
  • Help Senior Representatives with daily tasks (export orders, export licensed users, adding prospects to newsletters, set up trials, research previous licensed users or previous subscriptions).
  • Adjusting pricing in CRM for subscription sales members.
  • Fulfilling registration, marketing, and awards project.
  • Ensure accuracy with sub sales orders, while monitoring, crediting, and re-entering accurate information.
  • Special Projects: Enterprise orders – adding users that are showing up on scored leads view and handling duplicate LUs on orders.
  • Proactively take on other Sales related administrative duties.
  • Improving the technical experience of users on the website. This administrative task involves responding to incoming enquiries of subscribers who cannot login or use the platform easily.

Although we are keeping direct experience and knowledge requirements to a minimum, we do need you to demonstrate your capabilities in relation to the points listed under essential requirements in the person specification. You should be prepared to discuss illustrations on how your competencies have helped you to achieve positive results.

We are looking for someone who is; 

Qualification & Experience 

  • Bachelors Degree or evidenced work experience in a high performance environment.
  • Experience in a sales or phone-based, client-facing role (desired, not essential).

  • Organisational ability to handle involved-administrative responsibilities.
  • Tenacious and hardworking.
  • Able to communicate confidently to a range of senior clients.
