Application Review
Now that you have completed your application, our inhouse recruitment partners will now review your CV and application.
Phone Screen
This will be your first time speaking to someone from PEI.
Here you will be asked about your experience, your career goals, your notice period & what you are looking for in your next role.
First Interview
This will be your first opportunity to meet with the hiring manager.
Depending on the role, this will be an interview, a brief or an assessment day. But you will know everything you need to know before hand, allowing you to put your best self forward.
Assessments
Depending on the role you have applied for, you may be asked to complete an assessement.
Assessments can be in the form of a writing test, a marketing campagin, role play or a presentation.
Please let us know if you require any reasonable adjustments to support you.
Final Interview
At this stage, you will be meeting some of our senior stakeholders.
This is the final step, and may require you to visit one of our offices in person.
Feedback
After all interviews and assessements, feedback will be available from our recruitment partners.
For speed, you will recieve initial emails with your application update. If you would like further feedback or more information, this can be arranged by one of our recruitment partners.
Offer
You did it! You are one step closer to joining our team! We will send you a contingent offer which wil outline all the information you will need. This will include our fantastic company benefits, and your start date!
Onboarding
You have signed your offer & completed all relevent paperwork.
You will start to recieve emails from our HR department welcoming you to the team, as well as information that will be helpful for your first day!
