Our HR team take care of our people, with full cycle employee support which covers pre-boarding to leaving the business and everything in between. The team concentrate on ensuring our employees thrive at work, focusing on initiatives such as our Performance Management scheme so employees can grow and develop in their careers, introducing fair and inclusive policies, running stay interviews which ensures every employees voice is heard, providing employee relations support and overall creating and ensuring that PEI is a great place to work.

Our recruitment team partner with departments to provide expert advice and insights to hiring managers to fill a vacancy within the business. Recruiters are responsible for full end to end recruitment including reviewing applications & interviewing candidates, ensuring a smooth process throughout. The team also partner with specialist agencies, universities and job boards to attract a wide range of diverse talent and skills.
Office Managers ensure our offices and environments run smoothly and are an inviting, welcoming and inclusive place to thrive at work. No two days are the same, covering many activities such as organising office socials, designing collaborative or wellbeing spaces such as our wellbeing rooms, supporting with stock and office equipment, as well as ensuring the health and safety of the office and our people.
