Client Engagement Executive

We at PEI Group are looking for a Client Engagement Executive to join our welcoming, diverse, and growing team based in London. The successful candidate will be working with subscription accounts identified as ‘at-risk’ with the aim and targets to improve renewal rates.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Working with accounts [subscriptions] identified as ‘at-risk’. The aim, and basis of the bonus scheme, is to improve renewal rates.
• Promoting user retention & usage of PEI’s products.
• Actively calling users and arranging demonstrations of the various platforms either through Zoom or in-office. This will occupy 75%> of the working day.
• Improving the technical experience of users on the website. This administrative task involves responding to incoming enquiries of subscribers who cannot login or use the platform easily. This will occupy <25% of your working day.
• Manging your performance metrics by completing successful demonstrations and call targets.

Full training will be provided. The performance metric is competent and timely resolution of enquiries. 

Requirements

Although we are keeping direct experience and knowledge requirements to a minimum, we do need you to demonstrate your capabilities in relation to the points listed under essential requirements in the person specification. You should be prepared to discuss illustrations on how your competencies have helped you to achieve positive results.

We are looking for someone who is; 

Qualification & Experience 

• Bachelors Degree or evidenced work experience in a high performance environment.
• Experience in a sales or phone-based, client-facing role (desired, not essential).

• Willingness to make several dozen cold calls a day to PEI service users.
• Ability to acquire some knowledge and command of private markets.
