About The Role

We at PEI Group are looking for a Credit Controller to join our welcoming, diverse, and growing team based here in London. Successful candidate will ensure invoices are collected in a timely manner and will be responsible to limit the number of overdue items; whilst maintaining debtors ledger.

Your main responsibilities will include:
  • Managing your own ledger of accounts by following the company debt collection process to ensure collections are made in a timely manner.
  • Build relationships and liaise with our global customers for effective collection.
  • Engage and communicate with internal account managers to resolve customer queries.
  • Responsible for taking credit card payments over the telephone and sending out receipts.
  • Shared management of AR mailbox.
  • Support projects within Credit Control.
  • Any ad-hoc duties required by the Credit Control Team Lead.

About You

Essential Experience

  • At least 2 years minimum Credit Control experience.
  • Experience with multi-currency.
  • Experience dealing with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of accounting systems.

Desirable Experience

  • Experience of working for a business with an international footprint.
  • Experience of working within Media / Events environment.
  • Experience with Navision.
  • Experience with Credit Hound.

Essential Knowledge/Skills

  • Intermediate Excel skills – vlookups, pivot tables.

  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment and can work flexibly and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Able to build strong relationships and confident enough to communicate at all levels, both internally and externally.
