Marketing Associate (12 month FTC)

About The Role

We are looking for a Marketing Associate (12 month FTC) to join our welcoming, diverse, and growing team based here in New York. The successful candidate will support the US events marketing team to execute results-driven marketing campaigns across our US events portfolio.

Your main responsibilities will include all aspects of end-to-end campaign execution including email fulfilment; website updates; advocate marketing; digital marketing; analysis; data selections, targeting and build; copywriting; social media and DM production. You will work closely with senior members of the global marketing team to deliver the best result for the portfolio.

Responsibilities and Duties

Execution of marketing across the full marketing mix including with a primary focus on our digital activities
Working closely with senior members of the marketing team to deliver the best result for the events
Creating and implementing social media campaigns to showcase the benefits of attending
Managing referral marketing campaigns and utilizing our speaker, sponsor, and attendee network
Managing media partnerships and ensuring deliverables are met to increase the reach of our campaigns
Maintaining event websites with regular updates of sponsor logos, resource updates, event developments, etc.
Supporting with paid media campaigns by briefing artwork with design and working with an external agency to get campaigns live
Assist the team in reporting on a weekly basis including event revenue and attendees, tactics performed, analysis, and forward-looking recommendations to increase attendees

About You

Essential knowledge/skills

Attention to detail
Ability to work to deadlines and prioritize tasks
Comfortable working as part of a busy team
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Knowledge of and experience using social media platforms
Strong copywriting skills

Qualification & Experience

Bachelor’s Degree- B.S. or B.A., preferably in marketing
Minimum one year working in an events marketing or B2B marketing role
