About The Role

About the Role

We’re seeking a hands-on and proactive Learning & Development Manager to coordinate and deliver impactful learning initiatives across our global business.

With approximately 500 employees across multiple international offices, this role will play a key part in ensuring our people have access to the learning and development opportunities they need to thrive.

Reporting to the HR Director, you will support the embedding of a comprehensive learning strategy as part of our broader people strategy - ensuring learning activity is structured, data-led, and aligned with business goals.

This is an exciting opportunity for a mid-level L&D professional to gain global exposure and shape key aspects of learning delivery, reporting, and programme coordination in a growing organisation.

Key Responsibilities

Learning programme coordination

  • Coordinate and deliver (where appropriate) core learning programmes across global offices, ensuring consistency and accessibility.
  • Support global mandatory and compliance training (e.g. data protection, safeguarding, H&S), ensuring completion is tracked and reported.
  • Manage existing learning platforms (e.g. iHasco) and act as point of contact for learners and managers.
  • Champion learning culture globally, encouraging engagement through a mix of digital, classroom, and social learning.

Skills gap analysis & ROI reporting

  • Coordinate global skills gap analysis and consolidate findings into clear reports to inform L&D priorities.
  • Measure ROI and impact of learning interventions, providing data and insights to senior stakeholders.
  • Lead on reporting for sustainability goals, including training hours per employee broken down by learning category, region, and delivery type.
  • Provide clear dashboards and recommendations to the HR Director and leadership teams.

Executive coaching

  • Source and manage external executive coaching vendors, liaising with HR to identify suitable candidates.
  • Build coaching guidelines which set out touchpoints, objective setting and follow up, to ensure a consistent experience for staff, regardless of the selected coach.
  • Support leadership teams in selecting appropriate development pathways for high-potential employees.
  • Collaborate with the internal mentorship scheme to surface emerging L&D needs and ensure alignment with broader learning priorities.

LMS & learning solutions

  • Administer and maintain existing learning solutions.
  • Explore future LMS options, supporting the HR Director in assessing platforms and feasibility.
  • Ensure systems and processes are efficient, well-documented, and learner friendly.
  • Familiarise yourself with regional learning schemes and funding opportunities (e.g. CEF in APAC) to identify potential opportunities to support local learning initiatives.

Vendor & budget support

  • Liaise with external training providers, coordinating logistics, communications, and quality assurance.
  • Support budget tracking for global L&D activity, ensuring efficient use of resources.

Apprenticeship levy (UK)

  • Maximise utilisation of the UK Apprenticeship Levy, sourcing suitable providers and tracking levy spend and learner progress.
  • Act as a point of contact for UK apprenticeships and professional qualification pathways.
  • Ensure alignment with internal development frameworks and career pathways.

Strategic L&D support

  • Work with the HR Director to ensure a comprehensive learning strategy is embedded into the wider people strategy.
  • Help ensure learning activity supports capability frameworks, performance development, and succession planning.
  • Stay informed on L&D best practice, recommending practical enhancements to programmes and processes.
