About The Role

We at PEI Group are looking for an Acquisition Sales Executive to join our welcoming, diverse, and growing team based here in London.

The successful candidate will join a high performing sales team and the role would suit recent graduates or individuals looking for a step up onto the career ladder or someone looking for a career change into an exciting and dynamic industry.

 

What does the job role involve?

You will be working across EMEA, covering all inbound enquiries through our web activity channel across one of our PEI Brands - working on acquisition of new logos and to some existing customers.

  • Proactively call and engage with all new inbound lead flow.
  • Following an establish cadence process of outreach through a combination of email and calls
  •  Research and understand the market whilst working closely with the Sales Team Leader to identify and target key sectors, through intelligent use of the information and data produces.
  • Book multiple virtual meetings daily with decision makers in relevant organizations.
  • Ensure colleagues within the company fully informed of your activities and of all developments within the marketplace, both informally and through formal reporting.
  • Ensure all sales support tasks are completed accurately and to specified deadlines.
  • Deliver positive, well-researched and tailored sales presentations to prospective customers. This includes (a) researching the prospective customer (b) identifying relevant profiles/articles in advance of meetings to best demonstrate how the service will suit them.
  • Proactively engage with Client Executives and trialists to ensure that the client is convinced of the product(s) value to their work. Define decision making process and persuade them to purchase our services over the phone.
  • Create and maintain accurate up-to-date records in CRM, ensuring best practice on internal processes.
  • Have a thorough understanding of the market and products. Liaise with colleagues within the business in order to keep up to date with the latest product developments and through your own research.

About You

Experience:

  • Experience as a sales executive or relevant role (essential) or minimum 1 year in a SDR role
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills (essential)
  • Minimum 6 months sales experience or 1 year in a SDR position (essential)  B2B preferred.
  • Experience interacting and engaging with customers/ clients in a professional work environment (essential)
  • Sales skills and techniques including negotiation and objection handling (essential)
  • Experience interacting and engaging with customers/ clients in a professional work environment (essential)
